1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within West Malaysia. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays.)

4. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping: RM15 or Free for orders above RM500
• Express Shipping: RM20

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or the courier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
